I've been here since 2019!! I'm comfortable here. With brick 🧱 walls, a swimming pool and only two floors. Beats waiting for an elevator to bring up groceries. It's just a few blocks away from the heart of Sugar House! Walking distance to the Park, Whole Foods, CVS, Petco, Restaurant's and much more. It's an old school spot. The price compared to new buildings? Shop around, compare and see. I suggest see the difference between the View. It's on top of Wasatch Brewery. Where I lived before. Same size apartments and less street noise. It's very homey here 🙂. I love it here

These apartments are so cute! The patio walks directly out to the pool. The property is also conveniently located to the heart of Sugar House. Can't beat this location for the price!!
